The application features message reminders for associated wearables, delivering notifications such as alarm clock alerts, sedentary reminders, and call notifications.

1. By wearing the smart device and syncing it with the app, users can accurately log step count, distance, calorie expenditure, and historical sleep data.
2. The system is able to precisely record pace, duration, distance, and workout routes for each exercise session, aiding in enhancing running and walking effectiveness.
3. Smart devices are utilized to monitor waking time, light and deep sleep phases each night. Following synchronization with the app, historical sleep information is collected for comprehensive analysis of sleep patterns over the past week.
4. Features include real-time Bluetooth voice calling, SMS functions, sync capabilities for messages and contacts, remote photo capture, and instant push notifications from third-party apps.
